They didn't have the room I requested, then after writing a critique they got me another room, I had to pack up all my stuff to another room. I left a shirt behind in the 1st room, and they were unable to find the shirt when I told them. When I stay at a place I expect way less hassle. Never agan, miserable stay

Very helpful staff, took care of my mom’s oxygen delivery excellently. It was waiting for us in the room!😊. Friendly as well, especially the young man working in the Bistro. Staff at the desk were very nice as well & even welcomed us back to the hotel last night.

The bathroom was cold and the room took a while to warm and have no good tv channels and the hot water took forever to get hot and you have too pay for parking your car for the price of the hotel room you should get free parking

Overall the hotel was nice. Few things that i didnt like was no bottled water in the room or cofee machine. You had to pay for parking and the bed was way too soft. Back pain heaven.
